Google X Now Has A New Logo and Name

Droidever - Horrendous news from Google, Last Friday the company showed its new name and logo of X. His futuristic lab now has a new name and logo. The company is now called simply "X", and is represented by a yellow X 3D that seems a very elegant and modern element.

Founded in 2010, previously known as Google X, x is a Center for research and development semi-secreto created by Google and currently operates as a subsidiary of the Alphabet Inc.

Alphabet is the parent company of Google, and as part of change presents the penultimate piece of the alphabet, this is the letter X.

The new identity is the last component of a major restructuring that Google began to deploy at the end of last year. Google separates marginal societies business searches, forming a company umbrella called Alphabet to oversee all the different businesses.

X is known as "moonshots", on technology that is trusted, they will make big bets and give shape to the future of technology.

In addition to the cars without driver, with Wi-Fi and unmanned balloons, X has incorporated the division of Robotics that acquired Alphabet of Boston Dynamics.

Completely separated X of Google last year (and now in name also), has the advantage of giving investors more transparency about the finances of the different businesses.

A product that X did not mention was the Google Glass, portable screen used in sunglasses. Last year, Google said that Google is Glass outside of X, so it is a product of Google, along with Maps, Gmail, YouTube and Hangouts.

Glass is perhaps the most famous product of X. The gadget came to symbolize everything that is wrong with the intrusion of technology in the lives of the people.
