3. Copy the downloaded file in the folder platform-tooks of the Android SDK. It is rename file .img downloaded as twrp.img to facilitate future processes. 
4. We also download SuperSU from this link. It is 2.46 version.
5. Copy SuperSU to the root of the SD of ZTE Axon Elite.
6. Now, with the Axon Elite connected to the computer with the USB cable, open a terminal (MAC) window or the command prompt (WIN) in the Android SDK within the folder platform-tools.
7. Type adb reboot bootloader to restart the Axon Elite in the bootloader.
8. Once restarted, and without disconnecting it, type fastboot flash recovery twrp.img to install TWRP at Axon Elite. If before does not rename the file TWRP, change "twrp.img" by the name of the downloaded file.
9. As finish the installation and we can typing adb reboot recovery to start TWRP.
10. Now, with started at ZTE Axon Elite TWRP we only have to go to the Install section, select the SuperSU file that is in our SD and a swipe on screen to confirm the installation.
11. When you finish, and reboot the terminal, we can verify if the Root is available with the application Root Checker of Google Play, completely free.
